Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days from date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food,  cannot be returned however, if we inadvertently supply goods that have exceeded their 'use by' date, please contact us immediately on 0412 742 698 so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Unique Supplies will liaise with suppliers as necessary and will replace the goods at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace goods if they are defective or damaged, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind or incorrect goods ordered.

Goods are packaged in order to preserve them from damage however, accidents happen. If upon inspection, you discover your goods are defective or damaged in any way, please contact us immediately on 0412 742 698, your defective or damaged goods will be replaced at no additional cost.

If we supply incorrect goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, while the goods are unopened and intact we will replace with the correct goods. 

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced goods may be returned, unfortunately sale or discounted goods cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    Shipping (if applicable)

    To return your goods, you should mail your goods to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping goods over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.
